Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping worldwide.

We want you to have your orders as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 3-5 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

Delivery takes between 5-10 business days depending on your location. (Normally, 3-5 days for domestic delivery and 5-10 days for international delivery)

You will receive an email containing the tracking information as soon as your order ships. (Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • A physical home address will be required for all shipments.
  • All orders placed online will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days following the initial order date.
  • Express delivery options (overnight and 2nd-day) do not include Saturday delivery. 
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • We are unable to ship to post office boxes, businesses, 3rd-Party international shipping companies, or freight forwarding companies. 

International Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that international shipments are subject to inspection by international customs authorities and in accordance with the law. All customs forms will be marked as “used” items and for the amount purchased (excluding shipping charges).

All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of you as the recipient. Refusal to pay customs and/or brokerage fees upon delivery will results in additional return shipping charges and/or fees. In such cases, you, as the customer, will be responsible for any additional charges/fees.

Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.
